We collect the details you give us when requesting a quote or booking work: your name, phone number, email address, service address and a description of the job. We also keep records of work carried out and invoices issued.
How we use it
Your information is used to schedule visits, complete work, issue invoices, honour guarantees and contact you about your job. We do not sell your data, and we only send marketing messages if you have opted in.
Sharing
We share information only with suppliers and subcontractors where it is necessary to complete your job, and with our accountants and insurers where legally required.
Retention and your rights
Job records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and warranty obligations. You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion where we are not legally required to keep it.
