Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided and confirmed on site before work begins. Where hidden defects are found, we will stop and agree any change in writing before continuing.
Scheduling and access
We provide a two-hour arrival window for planned work. Please ensure safe access to the working area. Missed appointments without 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee.
Guarantee
Labour is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, freezing, third-party alterations or pre-existing defects outside the scope of the work quoted.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Account customers are invoiced on 30-day terms. We accept cards, bank transfer and cash.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out and is covered by our public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
